From the Big Apple to cider apples – it all started in New York City.

In 1976, after successful careers in London and New York, two Madison Avenue advertisers (real life Mad Men), Robin Hall and Peter Nicholls, returned to their Devon roots with dreams of establishing an advertising agency that offered big city marketing expertise, combined with the best quality of life in the country. That agency, named after Robin Hall, became RH.

The agency grew solidly over the following decade becoming fully media accredited in the 80’s. At that time, we were the only independent accredited media agency in the area, even to this day we remain one of only a few, planning and buying over £3.5 million worth every year. Over 40 years later, we’re still here in Devon, working on local, national and increasingly, international projects.
