With over 25 years’ experience working on major national and global clients in London I came to Devon to to help my wife run the family’s Castle Drogo estate. Today as well as MD, I’m lead brand and account planner for the agency with a passion for developing new selling propositions.
I often describe my role at RH as being the unglamorous side of advertising! My responsibilities encompass project management, financial control, estimating and production, striving to make a client’s budget go further. Proving you don’t have to outspend the competition, just out think it.
At RH I’ve been proud to have been involved with the creative output of an agency that consistently outperforms bigger companies. I love the feeling you get when you crack a brief with something original and exciting and give the client a solution that surprises, delights and performs.
After gaining a BA Hons from Exeter University in Business Management & Marketing, I worked for national advertising agency Accord before joining RH. With a strong digital marketing background, I’m able to see the cross-media opportunities in both offline and online creative campaigns.
Hi, I’m Tom a well-versed, Google Certified Digital Marketer and one of the agency’s lead for all things online: If you’re contacting RH with a new brief, or if the agency has responded to a tender, chances are I’ve had a hand in it somewhere along the line.
Luke is our Search Marketing and E-Commerce specialist. With considerable experience across a range of industries, Luke brings a keen eye for detail and campaign optimisation – helping our clients develop successful digital campaigns with a measurable ROI.
At RH I help produce social media strategies and creative thinking over all social channels. I also track and monitor how each campaign performs allowing me to provide analysis through RH’s in-house reporting platform. Today’s digital world means you can never relax. But then that would be boring.
My extensive experience as both a senior designer and studio manager, ideally places me to marry design and production to the best effect, whilst sticking to the brief, objectives and budget. At RH I also oversee all artwork that we produce to ensure it meets our high standards.
I can turn my hand (and eye) to photography, illustration and animation. But most of the time I’m fully immersed in the online world creating digital marketing right across our range of clients. The design and building of web-based experiences is an ever-changing challenge, but one I really enjoy.
Before RH I spent almost thirty years in London developing media campaigns for products as diverse as the iconic Terracotta Army and Hubba Bubba. Today I have one goal: to maximise the effectiveness of our clients’ campaigns through imaginative planning and excellent value in buying.
My career has taken me from London, where I worked at the International New York Times, one of the world’s oldest newspapers, to RH where I’ve built very strong links with regional media suppliers and strategic relationships with key educational media like UCAS and The Student Room.
My key strength is being able to understand a client’s business and design proposals that create both short-term and long-term media buying strategies. After all, we live in a results-driven environment where media buying is strategically central to the success of any marketing campaign.
With a strong background in managing print, website and digital projects, my attention to detail and desire to understand clients’ needs and build long-term relationships has resulted in the delivery of many successful projects. From the theatre to tourism and the public sector variety is the spice of my working life.
I work closely with all departments helping clients with their marketing and communications campaigns and, most importantly, achieving impressive results. I assist on, and currently manage, a variety of accounts in sectors including leisure and tourism, the public sector and education.
We’re always looking to hear from people who want to join our team. Whether it’s Account Management, Creative, Digital, or Media, we’d love to hear from you.
