Putting patients on the road to well-being

The brief

The RD&E hospital in Exeter wanted a campaign that encouraged patients to prepare themselves, mentally and physically, for the transition from hospital to home. They needed to encourage patients to take responsibility for their own healthcare and be proactive by eating well, exercising properly and making practical arrangements for independent living

Our solution

The ‘Road to Wellbeing’ campaign consists of marketing material that focuses on a series of tips and advice that help a patient prepare for life outside the hospital, putting themselves in the best position to thrive when back out in the community. Bright colourful photography coupled with simple calls to action made this series of posters memorable, engaging and informative without becoming prescriptive and lecturing.
